新时代我国的反恐工作需要树立总体国家安全观,自觉把反恐工作放在全国维护稳定的大局中去谋划。湖北省通过加强顶层设计、情报预警、打防并举、机制优化、畅通服务、督查问责等方面的工作,取得了良好的成绩。面对新时代反恐工作的新挑战,反恐工作需要坚持科学反恐、创新工作理念;坚持依法反恐,坚决严厉打击;坚持全民反恐,筑牢反恐工作铜墙铁壁;坚持情报反恐,提升预警能力;坚持网络反恐,掌控网上主动权;坚持机制反恐、推动科学长远发展;坚持人才反恐,打造精干队伍。

In the new era, China＇s anti-terrorism works should be to establish the concept of overall national security, and consciously put the anti-terrorism works in the overall situation of maintaining social stability throughout our country. Hubei Province has achieved good results by strengthening top-level design, intelligence early warning, paying attention to punishment and prevention simultaneously, mechanism optimization, smooth service, supervision and accountability. Facing to the new challenges of anti-terrorism works in the new era, we should insisted on scientific antiterrorism and innovate service concept, insist on anti-terrorism according to law and resolutely crack down on terrorism,insist on national anti-terrorism and build up the iron bastions of anti-terrorism works, insist on intelligence of anti-terrorism and improve early warning capabilities, insist on network of anti-terrorism and control initiative right of internet,insist on mechanisms of anti-terrorism and promote long-term development, insist on talents of anti-terrorism and forge a capable anti-terrorism team.
