高校反恐怖策略简析——基于小样本的面访调查

Elementary Analysis on Anti-Terrorism Countermeasures in Colleges and Universities

"9·11"事件以来,恐怖主义活动日趋常态化、复杂化、尖锐化,直接威胁到了国家安全和人民利益。目前,我国反恐工作仍然十分艰巨,高校作为重要的公共场所,存在被恐怖分子利用实施恐怖活动的风险,加强高校反恐十分必要。以下,通过对军事类、警察类、民族类、综合类四类高等院校学生进行的实证调研,分析了我国高校反恐存在的问题,并立足于高校反恐的现实,提出了应对高校恐怖主义的有效对策。

Since the ＂9.11＂ event, terrorist activities have become more frequent, complicated and acute, it directly threatens national security and people＇s interest. At present, anti-terrorism is still very arduous task in China, as the important public place for China, the risk is that colleges and universities will be used by terrorists to execute terrorist activities, it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation with colleges and universities in anti-terrorism activities. Through empirical research on the students of military, police, ethnic and comprehensive colleges and universities, it analyzes the problems of anti-terrorism in Chinese Colleges and Universities, based on the reality of anti-terrorism in colleges and universities, and put forward the effective countermeasures to deal with terrorism in colleges and universities.
