2型糖尿病患者中医非药物综合方案社区干预效果研究

Effect research of community intervention of non medication comprehensive scheme of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者中医非药物综合方案社区干预效果。方法 56例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,各28例。两组患者均给予相同的药物治疗,对照组患者给予相关健康宣教,干预组患者在对照组基础上实施中医非药物综合方案进行干预。比较两组患者干预效果。结果干预前,两组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖分别为(6.4±1.9)、(8.8±2.0)mmol/L,均明显低于对照组的(7.8±2.2)、(10.8±2.3)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病患者采用中医非药物综合方案进行社区干预,可以明显降低患者的血糖水平,对社区防治2型糖尿病具有非常重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of community intervention of non medication comprehensive scheme of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 56 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and intervention group, 28 cases in each group. The two groups were given the same medication treatment, the control group was given relevant health education, and the intervention group was treated with the non medication comprehensive scheme of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The effects of intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After intervention, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose of the intervention group were（6.4±1.9） mmol/L and（8.8±2.0） mmol/L respectively, which were significantly lower than（7.8±2.2） mmol/L and（10.8±2.3） mmol/L of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of community intervention of non medication comprehensive scheme of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can obviously reduce the blood sugar level of the patients. It is of great significance for the community to prevent type 2 diabetes mellitus.
