苏格木勒-4抗失眠药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic study on anti insomnia of Sugemule-4

目的研究苏格木勒-4抗失眠药效。方法 100只美国费城癌症研究所(ICR)小鼠,按体重分为正常对照组、安神补脑液对照组及苏格木勒-4高剂量组、苏格木勒-4中剂量组、苏格木勒-4低剂量组,各20只。通过开展测定小鼠自主活动次数实验、小鼠戊巴比妥钠催眠作用实验和戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠量作用实验,比较五组小鼠自主活动次数、睡眠潜伏期时间及睡眠时间、入睡率情况,并比较其中正常对照组、苏格木勒-4高剂量组、苏格木勒-4中剂量组、苏格木勒-4低剂量组的生化指标。结果苏格木勒-4高剂量组、苏格木勒-4中剂量组、苏格木勒-4低剂量组小鼠自主活动次数与正常对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),安神补脑液对照组与正常对照组小鼠自主活动次数比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.168,P>0.05)。苏格木勒-4高剂量组与安神补脑液对照组睡眠潜伏期时间明显短于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),苏格木勒-4中剂量组与苏格木勒-4低剂量组睡眠潜伏期时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。安神补脑液对照组及苏格木勒-4高剂量组、苏格木勒-4中剂量组、苏格木勒-4低剂量组睡眠时间均长于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安神补脑液对照组及苏格木勒-4高剂量组、苏格木勒-4中剂量组、苏格木勒-4低剂量组入睡率均优于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏格木勒-4味汤对小鼠有一定程度的镇静催眠作用。

Objective To research Sugemule-4 anti insomnia drug. Methods According to body weight, 100 Institute of Cancer Research（ICR） mice were divided into normal control group, Anshen Bunao Liquid control group, Sugemule-4 high dose group, Sugemule-4 medium dose group and Sugemule-4 low dose group, 20 mice in each group. Through the experiments of measuring the number of autonomic activities of mice, the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium and the subthreshold hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium, the number of autonomic activities, sleep latency, sleep time and sleep rate of mice in the five groups were compared, and the biochemical indexes of the normal control group, Sugemule-4 high dose group, Sugemule-4 medium dose group and Sugemule-4 low dose group were compared. Results The number of autonomic activities in Sugemule-4 high dose group, Sugemule-4 medium dose group and Sugemule-4 low dose group compared with the normal control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the number of autonomic activities between Anshen Bunao Liquid control group and normal control group（t=0.168, P〉0.05）. The sleep latency of Sugemule-4 high dose group and Anshen Bunao Liquid control group were significantly shorter than that of normal control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the sleep latency between Sugemule-4 medium dose group and Sugemule-4 low dose group（P〉0.05）. The sleep time of Anshen Bunao Liquid control group, Sugemule-4 high dose group, Sugemule-4 medium dose group and Sugemule-4 low dose group were significantly longer than that of normal control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The sleep rate of mice in Anshen Bunao Liquid control group, Sugemule-4 high dose group, Sugemule-4 medium dose group and Sugemule-4 low dose group were significantly better than that of normal control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sugemule-4 Decoction has a certain degree of sedative and hypnotic effects on mice.
