摘要
目的测定婴儿保肺宁胶囊中铅、砷、铜、镉、可溶性汞盐的含量。方法采用原子吸收光谱法及原子荧光光度法测定婴儿保肺宁胶囊中铅、铜、镉、砷及可溶性汞盐的含量。结果线性关系考察显示,汞If=1866.3×C+213.5,r=0.9992;砷If=717.773×C-133.303,r=0.9992;铅Abs=0.0116×C+0.00675,r=0.9991;镉Abs=0.0892×C+0.0145,r=0.9994;铜Abs=0.148×C+0.0482,r=0.9998;说明各元素线性关系良好(r>0.999)。精密度实验显示,铅、镉、铜、砷、汞的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为3.0%、4.2%、1.8%、2.3%、2.5%,表明仪器精密度良好。重复性实验测定,RSD分别为:铅3.7%;镉4.6%;铜2.2%;砷2.8%,可溶性汞盐5.8%,表明该方法的重复性良好。加样回收实验中平均回收率与RSD分别为:铅103.6%、9.3%;镉106.7%、9.4%;铜98.0%、5.5%;砷91.6%、6.4%,可溶性汞盐104.8%、4.7%;回收率为91.60%~106.70%。样品含量测定显示,市场购买的成药与自购合格药材自制样品,各元素含量存在差异;市售两批成药铅的含量均超标,砷的含量接近标准值,自制样品铜的含量偏高,但未超过标准值,镉含量均未超标。结论该方法能快速、准确的测定婴儿保肺宁胶囊中铅、砷、铜、镉、可溶性汞盐的含量,可为婴儿保肺宁胶囊的质量评价提供依据。
Objective To determine the content of lead, arsenic, copper, cadmium and dissoluble mercury salt in Ying'er Baofeining Capsule. Methods The content of lead, copper, cadmium, arsenic and dissoluble mercury were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence photometry. Results Linear relationship test showed that mercury if=1866.3×C+213.5, r=0.9992; arsenic if=717.773×C-133.303, r=0.9992; lead Abs=0.0116×C+0.00675, r=0.9991; cadmium Abs=0.0892×C+0.0145, r=0.9994; copper Abs=0.148×C+0.0482, r=0.9998; indicating that there was a good linear relationship between the elements(r〉0.999). Precision experiments showed that relative standard deviation(RSD) of lead, cadmium, copper, arsenic and mercury were 3.0%, 4.2%, 1.8%, 2.3% and 2.5% respectively, indicating that the precision of the instrument was good. The repeatability tests showed that RSD of lead, cadmium, copper, arsenic and dissoluble mercury salt were 3.7%, 4.6%, 2.2%, 2.8% and 5.8% respectively. The results showed that the method had good repeatability. The average recovery rates and RSD were 103.6% and 9.3% for lead, 106.7% and 9.4% for cadmium, 98.0% and 5.5% for copper, 91.6% and 6.4% for arsenic, 104.8% and 4.7% for dissoluble mercury salt, and the recovery rate was 91.60%-106.70%. Sample content determination showed that there were differencesin the contents of each element between the products purchased on the market and the self-made samples of the qualified medicinal materials purchased on the market. The lead content of the two batches of patent medicines on sale exceeded the standard, the arsenic content approached the standard value, the copper content of the selfmade sample was on the high side, but it did not exceed the standard value, and the cadmium content did not exceed the standard. Conclusion The method can be used to determine the content of lead, arsenic, copper, cadmium and dissoluble mercury salt in Ying'er Baofeining Capsule quickly and accurately, which can provide a basis for the quality evaluation of Ying'er Baofeining Capsule.
