连花汤联合放化疗对中晚期子宫内膜癌患者免疫功能的影响及其疗效

The Clinical Effect of Lianhua Soup Combined with Radical and Chemotherapy on Middle-late Stage Endometrial Carcinoma and Its Influence on Immune Function

目的观察连花汤联合放化疗对中晚期子宫内膜癌患者免疫功能、KPS评分的影响及其临床疗效。方法将154例中晚期子宫内膜癌患者按随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组。对照组予放化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用连花汤方剂。观察两组的临床疗效、生存质量、Th1细胞因子、CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(8+)T淋巴细胞水平和CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)比值及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后血清TNF-α、IFN-γ、CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)T淋巴细胞水平及CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)比值高于对照组,IL-6、IL-10、CD^(8+)T淋巴细胞水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组KPS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者体重水平无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为77.92%,对照组为59.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组口腔黏膜糜烂和脱发的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中晚期子宫内膜癌放化疗患者应用连花汤联合放化疗的临床疗效较好,可提高机体免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lianhua soup combined with radical and chemotherapy in the treatment of en- dometrial carcinoma of middle-late stage and its influence on the immune function and the KPS score. Methods A total of 154 cases with EC were divided into the observation group and the control group, 77 cases of each group. The control group was given radical and chemotherapy treatment, while the observation group was given Lianhua soup based on the treatment of the eontrol group. The clinical ef- fects, quality of survival, Th1 eytokines, CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋ T cells and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋, the safety analysis were observed of two groups. Results After treatment, the serum level of TNF-α, IFN-T, CD3＋, CD4＋, the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The level of IL-6, IL-10, CD8＋ T cells of the observation group were lower than that of control group. （P 〈 0.05）. The KPS score of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, while the weight of the two groups was not significant different （P 〉0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 77.92%, but it was was 59.74% in the eontrol group; there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. There were statistical differences in incidence of oral mueosal ero- sion and loss of hair between the two groups. Conclusion The middle-late endometrial cancer with radical and chemotherapy therapy com- bined with Lianhua soup can improve the body＇ s immune function, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical using.
