摘要
月度集中撮合交易已成为我国电力市场交易中常见的交易形式。随着电力体制改革的不断深化,电力交易的范围、规模发展迅速,传统的月度集中撮合交易方法暴露出可能不满足安全约束、交易结果不满足实际运行要求等问题。本文系统分析当前我国月度集中撮合交易的实施流程与方法,剖析了其中存在的问题;在此基础上提出了考虑网络约束的月度集中撮合交易模型、求解方法和实施流程;最后在IEEE-57节点系统上构造算例,验证了本文方法的有效性。
Monthly concentration deal-making has become the most common trading forms in power market in China. With the deepening of power market reform,scope and scale of power trading is developing very rapidly. It is exposed that the trading result based on the traditional centration deal-making method may not meet the network security constraints or the requirement of practical power grid operation. Therefore,this paper analyses the current process and method of monthly concentration dealmaking and reveals the existing problems. Then a monthly concentration deal-making model embedded network constraints is proposed. On the basis of this,the monthly centralized transaction combination model,solution method and implementation process considering network constraints are proposed. Finally,an example is presented on the IEE-57 node system to verify the effectiveness of this method.
