摘要
对智能变电站二次检修安全措施的实施难点和技术要求进行分析,提出基于SCD模型与安全措施灵活适配的自动生成技术。该技术能够兼容SCD模型中不同完整度和标准化率的模型,为二次检修安全措施智能生成提供辅助支持,可极大提高编制正确率和工作效率。
The paper analyzes the implementation difficulties and technical requirements of secondary maintenance safety measures of smart substation. Through that, an automatic generation technique based on SCD model and flexible fit of safety measures is proposed. This technology can be compatible with the models of different integrity and standardization in SCD model. It can provide the assistant support for the intelligent generation of secondary maintenance safety measures, which can greatly improve the correctness and efficiency.
