摘要 基于湖南电网水火电调峰困难的现状,结合黑麋峰抽蓄运行特性,设计了可用于黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站利用小时数回算系统。该系统充分考虑了水电站、火电、风电、联络线等不同电源的数据存储特性,完成了相关数据的有效整合。实现了在任意给定时段下黑麋峰抽蓄合理利用小时数的快速计算,以及启用黑麋峰抽蓄参与调峰所能带来的电量效益。其结果可用于评估黑麋峰抽蓄调度合理性,也有助于通过分析历史数据提高日后黑麋峰抽蓄的调度水平。 Based on the current situation of power peaking difficulties in Hunan power grid electric, the calculation system of utilization hours for the Heimifeng pumped Storage Power Station is designed in this paper, considering the operation characteristics. The system fully considers the data storage characteristics of different power sources, such as hydro-power station, thermal power, wind power, contact line and so on, and the effective integration of related data of different power source is completed. The proposed calculation system can achieve the fast calculation of utilization horn's of Heimifeng pumped Storage Power Station at any given time interval, and the electricity benefit acquired from the utilization of peak regulation. The application of utilization hours calculation system can be used for evaluating the reasonability of the storage pumped scheduling, and the electricity dispatch level can be improved through analyzing the historical operation data in the future.
