摘要 针对边际油田导管架平台无自备修井机,平台面积小,承载能力低,部分作业平台上装修井机悬臂梁行程受限的问题,通过开展举升与旋转夹持集成技术、液压动力匹配技术、整机滑移底座集成技术等方面的研究,研制了海洋液压修井机。在渤海湾某油田投入使用海洋液压修井机,至今已顺利完成3口井作业,施工包括起下原井管、冲砂、洗井、刮削、打捞和探砂等。起下深度累计约4万m,举升油缸来回运动约15 000冲程,最大提升载荷360 kN,全套设备安装时间18 h,完井后拆装搬家时间14 h。该设备为修采一体化平台作业提供了装备解决方案,支撑了海洋油田高效率、低成本开发。 Considering the jacket platform for marginal oilfield has no self-contained workover rig, small platform area and low bearing capacity, and the stroke of the cantilever beam of workover rig on some working platforms is limited, by researching on lifting and rotating clamping integration technology, hydraulic power matching technol- ogy and platform sliding base integration technology, the novel offshore workover rig is developed. The new rig has been put into use in an oilfield in Bohai Bay and completed three wells operation, including running tubing string, sand washing, well washing, scraping, fishing and sand top detecting. The total running depth was about 40 000 m. The lifting cylinder worked about 15 000 strokes. The maximum lifting load was 360 kN. The rig up and rig down time of the complete equipment was 18 h and 14 h, respectively. The equipment provides a solution for the production and workover integrated platform, supports the high efficient and low-cost development of the offshore oilfield.
