准确把握推进乡村振兴的重点,对于推进乡村振兴的高质量发展至关重要。本文提出,实施乡村振兴战略的重点主要包括六个方面。即深入推进产业兴旺,培育农业农村产业发展新动能;推进乡村绿色发展,提升乡村生态宜居水平;促进乡村文化繁荣兴盛,推进乡风文明新发展;加强农村基层基础工作,创新乡村治理新体系;提高农村民生保障水平,打造生活富裕新乡村;深入推进体制机制创新,优化乡村振兴的制度性供给。同时围绕为什么这六个方面是实施乡村振兴战略的重点、怎样推进这些重点进行了探讨。

Accurately grasping the key points of promoting rural revitalization is very important for promoting the high quality development of Rural Revitalization.This paper argues that the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy mainly includes 6 key aspects,namely,to promote the prosperity of the industries and cultivate new kinetic energy in the development of agricultural and rural industries,to promote green development in rural areas and improve the livable level of rural ecology,to promote the prosperity of rural culture and the new development of rural civilization,to strengthen basic work in rural local areas and innovate the new system of rural governance,to improve the level of livelihood security in rural areas and create a new countryside with rich life,and to deepen the innovation of institutional mechanism and optimize the institutional supply of Rural Revitalization.The discussion of this article focuses on why these six aspects are the focus of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy and how to promote these key points.
