摘要
针对高压开关柜就地分闸操作存在的安全风险,设计了一种可代替人工执行高压开关柜就地分闸操作的自动操作机构,以完成拨动闭锁旋钮、触动分闸按钮及摇出开关小车的操作。介绍了系统的整体设计方案、机械结构、控制系统及传感器系统设计,并通过实例验证了该系统可完全满足KYN28开关柜就地分闸自动操作的性能要求。
In view of that safety risk in the local tripping operation of high-voltage switchgear,an automatic operation mechanism is designed to replace the manual operation of local tripping for high-voltage switchgear,so that a series operation such as turning the locking knobs,touching the switch buttons and shaking out the circuit breaker trolley could be done.In this paper,the overall design scheme,mechanical structure,control system and sensor system are introduced.Finally,an example is given to verify that the system can completely meet the performance requirements of local tripping automatic operation for KYN28 switchgear.
