核电厂凝汽器橡胶膨胀节维修工艺改进分析

摘要 针对秦山第二核电厂#2机组凝汽器B喉部膨胀节破裂导致的停机停堆事件,对凝汽器喉部膨胀节检修进行跟踪,同时与#3、#4机组金属膨胀节相关情况进行对比,探讨了凝汽器膨胀节检修工作和目前该结构存在的问题,并提出了改进建议,以保证电厂汽轮机的稳定运行。 In view of the halt and reactor shutdown caused by the damage of throat B expansion joint of a condenser,unit2 in the second Qinshan nuclear power plant,the maintenance of the condenser expansion joint is tracked,and a comparison is made between this and the relevant circumstances of metal expansion joints of unit 3 and unit 4.It also discusses the maintenance of condenser expansion joint and the existing problems.At last,suggestions for improvement are put forward to ensure the stable operation of the steam turbine in power plant.
