摘要
针对换流阀广泛应用的高电位控制板(TCU和TFM),介绍其触发电路工作原理,并应用仿真与试验,对比研究两种触发电路的输出特性。仿真结果表明,与TCU相比,TFM具有更陡的触发脉冲前沿和更好的负载适应性。
In this paper, the principle of the trigger circuits of the two kinds of widely used high voltage control boards, namely the thyristor control unit (TCU) and the thyristor triggering and monitoring unit (TFM), were introduced. By u sing the numerical simulation and experiment, the output characteristics of the two trigger circuits were also compared and analyzed. The results showed that the TFM had better load adaptive capacity, and the front edge for its trigger pulse was steeper, in comparison with the TCU.
