基于飞机雷电抑制器测试仪的多路快速检测方法实现

摘要 为了能更快速地检测飞机雷电抑制器内用来判定其保护功能是否正常的主要器件的钳位电压,从而节省飞机维护周期所需的时间,研制了一种新型的应用于飞机雷电抑制器测试仪的多通道快速检测方法。该方法对已有的雷电抑制器测试仪进行了显著的软硬件升级和改进,使之在原有的基础上能更快速更准确地进行单通道性能检测及新增的多通道性能检测。该测试仪依旧采用C8051单片机作为中心控制单元,增加了飞利浦公司的PCA9506芯片用以拓展所涉及的新型多通道快速检测功能。经调试,升级改进后的测试仪技术指标完全达到设计要求,通过调整主控软件,能应对各类不同飞机雷电抑制器的需求。 In order to get more rapid detection of clamping voltages of the main components in aircraft lightning suppres- sor, which are used to determinate whether the state of protecting function is normal, saving the cycle time required for aircraft maimenance, a multi-channel rapid detection based on aircraft lightning suppressor tester was developed. The ex- isting lightning suppressor tester was upgrade and improved. It was able to detect the performance of single channel and multi channel more quickly and accurately on the original basis. The C8051 microcontroller was used as the central control unit. The PHILPSrs PCA950G chip was used to expand the multi channel quick detecting function. After improvement, the technical indicators met the design requirements. By adjusting the main control software, it could meet the needs of different kinds of aircraft lightning suppressors.
