摘要
针对一起500kV断路器合闸缓冲器滚轮碎裂案例,从断路器储能,到合闸命令完成,最终到剩余动能释放,对整个合闸过程进行分析,明确造成合闸缓冲器滚轮碎裂的主要原因是弹簧储能离合装置的过冲角度过大,而手动按储能电机接触器进行储能是造成储能离合器过冲角度过大的最根本原因,在后期的检修过程中严禁手动按储能电机接触器储能,并增加对储能离合装置过冲角度检查环节。
In view of the closing buffer roller broken of a 500kV circuit breaker, the entire closing process is analyzed in this paper, from energy storage of the circuit breaker to the completion of closing command, finally to the release of the remaining kinetic energy. It is clear that the main cause of the closing buffer roller broken is the over sized overshoot angle of the spring energy storage clutch device, and manually pressing the contactor of energy storage motor for energy storage is the most fundamental cause of over sized overshoot angle of the energy storage clutch. During the subsequent mainte nance process, manually pressing the energy storage motor contactor for energy storage is strictly prohibited, and the o vershoot angle inspection of the energy storage clutch device is also added.
