电厂汽轮机高压调门并网后故障的处理分析

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Turbine GV after Grid-connected in Power Plant

针对珠海电厂#1机组在抢修结束并网后汽轮机高压调门GV1突然关闭事故进行原因分析,在不停机情况下在线修改高压调门的控制逻辑,并通过不同负荷段试验论证3个正常高压调门带负荷情况,以保证机组在负荷不受限下安全运行。

The reason of the sudden closure of the GV of the steam turbine of the 1 unit in Zhuhai power plant at the end of repair and grid connected was analyzed. The control logic of the GV was modified online without closing down the tur bine. GV was tested on three different load section. The safe operation of the unit under unrestricted load was guaran teed.
