林产工业企业社会责任绩效评价是提升企业核心竞争力,实现自身和社会可持续发展的重要途径。回顾林产工业企业社会责任相关研究,分析林产工业企业社会责任绩效的特点,利用平衡计分卡,在财务、顾客、内部运营、学习与成长以及资源与环境五个维度上选取了20个指标作为林产工业企业社会责任绩效评价指标体系,针对林产工业企业履行社会责任进行分析,提出了企业社会责任绩效评价体系实施的措施。

The evaluation of social responsibility performance of forestry industry enterprises is an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve sustainable development of themselves and society. Reviewing the social responsibility related research of forestry industry enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics of social responsibility performance of forestry industry enterprises, using the balanced scorecard, and selected 20 indicators in the five dimensions of finance, customer, internal operation, learning and growth, and resources and environment. The social responsibility performance evaluation index system of forestry industrial enterprises analyzes the social responsibility of forestry industrial enterprises, and puts forward the measures for the implementation of corporate social responsibility performance evaluation system.
