疥疮感染防控策略与思考

Prevention and control strategies of scabies infection and its reflection

目的调查某院一起医院内疥疮感染的流行病学特点及防控措施,以探讨院内感染疥疮的综合防控策略。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对可疑感染者和密切接触者进行调查并追踪,制定并落实相应的消毒隔离措施,同时对所有可能感染者给予药物治疗或预防。结果采取综合防控措施、使用药物治疗后,2例病例均痊愈,治愈率为100%。病区内和医院内无新发病例出现,疫情得到控制。结论疥疮的传染力很强,主要是通过密切接触传播。为防止感染源传播和感染范围的扩大,应采取防控措施,以避免医院感染暴发。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics,prevention and control measures of scabies infection in a hospital and to explore its comprehensive prevention and control measures.Me thods All suspected infected patients and close contacts to scabies patients were investigated and tracked in accordance with field epidemiological investigation methods.The corresponding disinfection and isolation measures were formulated and implemented and all the possible infected persons were gave medication treatment or prevention measures.Re s ults After taking comprehensive prevention and control measures and medication treatment,2 cases were cured and the curative rate was100%.There was no new cases occurred in the wards and hospitals and the epidemic was under control.Conclus ion Scabies is highly contagious through close contact with infected patients.In order to prevent the spread of infection sources and the expanding of infection scope,preventive and control measures should be taken to avoid the outbreak of the disease within hospital.
