摘要
碳纤维增强复合材料铺放过程中,铺放工艺参数的选取决定制品的性能.本文利用单因素和多因素方法对铺放工艺参数的敏感性进行研究.采用设计试验方案,根据试验结果,应用响应面法建立层间剪切强度与工艺参数之间的数学模型,计算铺放主要工艺参数——压辊压力、压辊温度和铺放速度的相对敏感度,获得单因素敏感性曲线.通过分析得到每个工艺参数的稳定域和非稳定域.
In the process of carbon fibre reinforced composite placement,the property of products is determined by processing parameters of placement.In this paper,single factor and multifactor methods are used to study the sensitivity of placement processing parameters.Based on the study design and test results,a mathematical model between the interlaminar shear strength and the processing parameters was established by employing response surface method.The relative sensitivity of main placement parameters including the pressure,temperature and placement speed of the roller were calculated.Then,the single factor sensitivity curve is obtained.And the And e response surface method is used to establish the mathematical model between the interlaminar shear strength and the processing parameters and to calculate main processing parameters of placement,including the relative sensitivity of the roller pressure,the roller temperature and the spreading speed.Then,the single factor sensitivity curve is obtained.The stable and unstable domains of each processing parameter are obtained through analysis.
