电极形状对铝合金薄板凸焊影响的有限元分析

摘要 凸焊过程的焊接电流和焊接压力是影响焊接结构质量的重要工艺参数.利用有限元分析软件Simufact-welding建立了多场耦合的凸焊有限元仿真模型,研究了6063铝合金薄板凸焊过程中电极形状对焊核尺寸和残余应力的影响.结果表明,当焊接电流35kA、焊接压力5kN时,采用C型电极能够在相同的电流和压力下,得到最小的焊核尺寸以及最小的接头变形量.经过实验对比,发现C型电极的变形量最小而D型电极的变形量最大,其仿真结果基本能够代表实验结果,因此,该仿真方法能够较为准确地为真实焊接过程提供方向性指导. Welding current and welding pressure in projection welding process is an important process parameters affecting the quality of the welding structure.A finite element simulation model of multi-field coupled projection welding was established by finite element analysis software Simufact Welding.The influence of electrode shape on weld size and residual stress in 6063 aluminum alloy sheet welding process was studied.The results show that when the welding current is 35kA and the welding pressure is 5kN,the C-type electrode can obtain the smallest weld core size and the smallest joint deformation under the same current and pressure.Through experimental comparison,it is found that the deformation of the C-shaped electrode is the smallest and the deformation of the D-shaped electrode is the largest.The simulation results can basically represent the experimental results.Therefore, the simulation method can provide more accurate guidance for real welding process.
