摘要
根据后视镜结构和光学振动试验特点,阐述了后视镜抖动现象的产生机理.通过模态、台架和优化方案的比较,验证了其系统模型的合理性,结合优化设计方案可提升后视镜一阶弯曲模态频率,有效降低其振动抖动的故障发生几率,同时也给出了主客观评价的判定方法.
According to the rearview mirror structure and the optical characteristics of vibration test,this paper expounds the mechanism of rearview mirror vibration phenomenon.The comparison of the modal,bench and optimization scheme verified the rationality of the system model,which can improve rearview mirror first-order bend modal frequency when combined with the optimization design ,and effectively reduce the vibration failure probability.Meanwhile,the determination methods for subjective and objective evaluation are put forward in this paper,which are of theoretical and guiding significance for evaluating the perceptual quality of rearview mirrors and setting NVH performance index.
