铅电除雾设备制造、安装过程中铅金属的焊接工艺设计

摘要 铅电除雾器是用高压直流电,电场驱动炉气内微细粒子,使其加速沉降与沉淀极(阳极)表面以除去炉气中酸雾的设备。因为铅金属对硫酸有极好的耐腐蚀性,其中电晕电极框架是型钢外包3mm铅板制成。由于设备本体结构的原因,在其设备制造、安装过程中需要大量现场施工,外包防腐铅板都需要现场铆装焊接。铅金属的焊接由于历史及市场原因,相对非常缺乏合格的焊接技术人员,相关可以参考的资料匮乏。所以结合铅电除雾器制造施工过程中总结的具体施工的成功经验,就铅电除雾设备制造安装过程中的铅金属焊接工艺及安全规程进行具体可操作性的论述。 Lead electric demister is a device that uses high voltage direct current electric field to drive fine particles in furnace gas to accelerate sedimentation and precipitate anode surface to remove acid fog from furnace gas. Because the lead metal has excel lent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid, the corona electrode flame is made of shaped steel encased in 3 mm lead plates. Due to the structure of the equipment itself, a large number of onsite construction is needed in the process of manufacturing and installa tion of the equipment, and field riveting and welding are required for the outsourcing of antieorrosive lead plate. Because of the his tory and market of lead metal welding, there is a relative shortage of qualified welding technicians, and the relevant reference mate rials are scarce. Therefore, based on the successful construction experience, this paper summarizes in the process of manufacture and installation of lead electric demister, the paper discusses the lead metal welding process and safety regulations in the process of manufacturing and installation of lead electric defogging equipment.
