提高石油化工装置DCS控制系统运行周期方案探讨

目前大部分石油化工生产装置采用DCS系统控制,提高DCS系统无故障运行周期是提高石油化工生产装置安稳运行的前提。文章从管理、技术、维护保养与DCS系统发展等几个方面对DCS系统长周期运行提出了对策,通过实施,在本单位生产中起到了明显的作用。

At present, most petrochemical plants are controlled by DCS system. It is the premise to improve the stable operation of petrochemical plants to improve the fault-free operation period of DCS system. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the long period operation of DCS system from the aspects of management, technology, maintenance and development of DCS system, which has played an obvious role in the production of the unit.
