广州地铁十三号线运营初期乘务分部运作难点和应对措施

随着广州地铁线网的快速发展,新线路不断向周边延伸,大量新线路的开通为城市的发展和交通提供了便利的同时,在运营初期也面临着运作上设备不稳定、人员新等难点。文章以广州地铁十三号线为例,结合十三号线运营初期的运作特点及线网往年的事故案例,分析十三号线乘务分部在运营初期的的关键点,并提出相应优化措施,保障十三号线运营安全,提升运输效率和乘客服务质量,具有一定的现实指导意义。

With the rapid development of Guangzhou subway line network, new lines continue to extend to the surrounding. The opening of a large number of new lines has provided convenience for the development of the city and transportation. At the initial stage of operation, it also faces difficulties such as unstable equipment, new personnel and so on. Taking Guangzhou Metro Line 13 as an example, and based on the operation characteristics of Line 13 at the initial stage of operation and the accident cases of the line network in previous years, this paper analyzes the key points of the crew branch of Line 13 at the initial stage of operation, and puts forward corresponding optimization measures. It is of practical guiding significance to ensure the safety of the operation of Line 13, and improve the efficiency of transportation and the quality of passenger service.
