摘要
超硬材料是朝阳行业。超硬材料的发展正处于加速进步阶段,当前从金刚石工具时代已经向功能时代过渡。根据金刚石线锯行业发展形势,指出了需要关注的几个核心技术问题,如通过改进电镀配方和工艺提高生产效率,以及创新性地寻找其他制造方法解决磨料结合强度的问题。为了提高产品标准化水平,针对当前行业内金刚石线锯专业术语使用混乱的现象,分析和介绍了标准化和规范化的相关要求。
Super hard materials are sunrise industry.The development of super hard materials is in the stage of accelerating progress with its transition from diamond tools to the functional application stage.According to the development situation of diamond wire saw industry,several key technical issues that need to be focused on are pointed out.For example,one is to improve production efficiency by improving plating formulation and technology and the other is to find other innovative manufacturing methods to solve the problem of abrasive bonding.In order to improve the standard of product standardization and overcome the use confusions of standard terms on diamond wire saw,the requirements of standardization and normalization are analyzed and introduced.
