国际上最重要的两个颜色深度标准的比较

摘要 颜色深度是评价染料强度、色牢度和染色性能的基础。目前,国际上最重要的颜色深度标准有两个:一个是ISO 105推荐的颜色深度的主观评价标准,它有6个颜色深度等级;另一个是德国DIN 53235标准,它借助Gall公式计算来评价5个颜色深度等级。借助符合上述标准的两套样品,利用前期研究中使用效果相对较好的Godlove、Rabe-Koch、Sato和Berns 4个公式对这两个重要标准的不同色深进行了比较。结果显示:符合ISO标准的SDC标准深度卡整体上都比符合DIN标准的色卡更深一些;不同公式各具特点,其评价标准颜色深度的标样的变异系数排序存在明显差异,这从一个侧面反映了各公式的优劣势。 The depth of color plays an important role in the evaluation of color fastness,colorant strength and dyeing performance.At present,there are two most important international standards for color depth:one is the subjective evaluation standard recommended by ISO 105,which has six color depth levels.The other is the DIN 53235 standard in Germany,which uses Gall formula to evaluate five color depth levels.In this paper,comparison on two sets of samples conforming to the two standards above is made by employing Godlove formula,Rabe-Koch formula,Sato formula and Berns formula.Results show that SDC standard scales conforming to ISO 105-A01 is deeper than the Munsell chips extracted by Gall formula conforming to DIN 53235.Besides,different formulas show their advantages by different standard derivation coefficients of the two sets of samples' color depth.
