摘要 对干式激光清洁器的激光除锈和激光除漆两种清洁加工工艺进行实验探讨。对干式激光清洁加工中基体表面黏附力的计算和清洁过程中激光阈值的确定进行讨论。以27硅锰钢为对象进行激光清洁实验,探讨激光除锈标准与实际加工工艺,找到其基材损伤阈值。结果表明:无论采用哪种激光清洁加工方式对基体进行清洁,其清洁标准都应以清洁平面的加工要求为准。 This study made an experimental research on laser rust-cleaning and paint-cleaning of the dry laser cleaner and explored the calculation of the threshold of the substrate surface and the determination of the laser threshold.By using 27 SiMn steel as the experimental subjects,laser cleaning experiments were made to find out laser derusting standard,practical processing technology and the damage threshold of the base materials.As is indicated by the results,no matter what kind of laser cleaning process is adopted to do substrate cleaning,the cleaning standard should be subject to the requirements of surface cleaning.
