摘要
针对电子负载智能化程度不高,难以灵活选择功率的问题,完成了模块化数控直流电子负载的设计与制作。系统以STC8单片机为核心,控制负载模块工作在CC、CV、CR等不同模式,并能够自动测试和计算负载调整率等相关参数。模块化的设计使用户可以根据实际需求增减模块数量,灵活配置电子负载的功率,降低整机成本、提升性能。
So far the degree of intelligence of DC electronic load is not high,and it's difficult for users to match power.The design of modularized numerical control DC electronic load is completed to solve this problem.STC8 is the core of the system.It controls the load module working in different modes,such as CC,CV,CR,and so on.It can automatically test and calculate the parameters of load regulation and other related parameters.Modular design allows users to increase and reduce the number of modules according to actual needs and makes it easier for users to choose power.The cost of the whole machine is reduced,and the performance is promoted.
