左西孟坦对心衰合并肾功能不全患者心肾功能的影响

摘要 目的观察左西孟坦对心衰合并肾功能不全患者心肾功能的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2017年1月西平红山医院收治的85例心衰合并肾功能不全患者,在常规抗心衰治疗的同时,给予对照组患者静脉注射米力农,给予观察组患者静脉注射左西孟坦。检测两组治疗前后LVEF、NT-pro BNP和Scr水平,并计算e GFR,记录药物不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患者LVEF高于治疗前,NT-pro BNP低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Scr低于治疗前,e GFR高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组Scr、e GFR与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组LVEF、e GFR高于对照组,NT-pro BNP、Scr低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米力农和左西孟坦均可有效改善心衰合并肾功能不全患者的心功能,但左西孟坦还可改善患者肾功能,且不良反应发生率低。
