Damon Q非拔牙矫治成人安氏Ⅱ类2分类错[牙合]的效果分析

Effect analysis on adults Class Ⅱ Division 2 malocclusion treated with Damon Q appliance by non-extraction

目的观察并分析Damon Q矫治器非拔牙矫治成人安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合患者的临床效果,为正畸医生矫治此类错牙合患者提供参考。方法选取20例安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合患者,选用Damon Q矫治器,通过直丝弓非拔牙矫治技术进行矫治,测量矫治前后头颅X线侧位片,并对测量结果进行统计学分析,比较矫治前后牙颌结构及软组织侧貌的变化。结果治疗后MP-FH、N-Me、ANS-Me、ANS-Me/N-Me、U1-SN、L1-MP、L6-MP大于治疗前,U1R-PP、L1R-MP、Si-H线小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SNA、SNB、ANB、S-Go、S-Go/N-Me、U6-PP、Cm-Sn-UL、ULP、LLP治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过使用Damon Q非拔牙矫治成人安氏Ⅱ类2分类错牙合患者,能够从三维方向解除前牙闭锁合,调整尖牙和磨牙关系,并在一定程度上改善软组织侧貌,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect on adults Class Ⅱ Division 2 malocclusion treated with Damon Q appliance by non-extraction, as a reference for clinical orthodontists.Methods Twenty adult patients were enrolled and treated with Damon Q appliance by straight arch wire non-extraction techniques. The lateral cephalograms were measured before and after the treatment with KODAK Dental Imaging Software, and the data was analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software statistically to compare the soft and hard tissue changes before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment, MP- FH, N-Me , ANS-Me, ANS-Me/N-Me, U1-SN, L1-MP, L6-MP increased, U1R-PP, L1R-MP, Si-H line decreased. The data of prior treatment and post-treatment had significant differences（ P 〈0.05 ）. The data of SNA, SNB, ANB, S-Go, S-Go/N-Me, U6-PP, Cm-Sn-UL, ULP, LLP before and after the treatment had no significant differences（ P 〉0.05 ）.Conclusion By treating with Damon Q appliance without extraction, patients can relieve locked relationship of anterior teeth from three-dimensional, and the canine and molar relationship are meliorated too. To some degree, the soft-tissue profile is improved, it has good clinical effect.
