小儿先天性心脏病合并21-三体综合征的手术效果分析

Analysis of surgical effect of congenital heart disease with 21-trisomal syndrome in children

目的研究分析合并21-三体综合征的先天性心脏病患儿的手术治疗效果。方法选取郑州市第七人民医院2011年2月1日至2016年6月1日手术治疗的合并21-三体综合征的先天性心脏病患儿45例为研究组,选取同期非合并21-三体综合征的先天性心脏病患儿45例为对照组,比较两组手术时间、体外循环时间、主动脉阻断时间、手术后监护室停留时间、带呼吸机时间、住院时间、术后并发症以及预后。结果两组手术时间、体外循环时间、主动脉阻断时间指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组监护室停留时间、带呼吸机时间、住院时间长于对照组,术后并发症发生率、预后指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并21-三体综合征的先天性心脏病患儿手术难度未增加,手术后恢复困难,但预后良好,应积极手术治疗。

Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment of congenital heart disease with 21-trisomal syndrome.Methods Forty-five cases of congenital heart disease with 21- trisomal syndrome were selected as the study group, and 45 cases of congenital heart disease with non-combined 21-trisomal syndrome were selected as control group, in Zhengzhou Seventh People ’ s Hospital from February of 2011 to June of 2016. The operation time, extracorporeal circulation time, aortic blocking time, postoperative care duration, breathing machine time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time, cardiopulmonary bypass time and aortic occlusion time（ P 〉0.05 ）; the study group had higher retention time, ventilator time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications and prognosis index than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Patients with congenital heart disease with 21- trisomal syndrome are not more difficult to operate, and it is difficult to recover after surgery, but the prognosis is good and should be treated with active surgery.
