上海市大团社区体检人群中医体质辨识分析

Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Identification Among 2 790 Physical Examination Population at Datuan Community in Shanghai

目的分析体检人群的中医体质特点,以及不同体质类型的影响因素。方法在上海市大团社区选取2 790名社区健康体检的居民进行问卷调查,对其进行中医体质辨识。结果痰湿质、平和质和阳虚质为此次调查人群的主要体质类型。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别和年龄对中医体质类型的影响均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。女性较男性更易患气虚质(OR=1.637,P=0.014)、气郁质(OR=2.863,P<0.01)和阳虚质(OR=1.352,P=0.017),女性较男性更不易患痰湿质(OR=0.756,P=0.002)。55~74岁组较≥85岁组更易患湿热质和特禀质(P<0.01)。结论对体检人群进行中医体质辨识,揭示人群中医体质类型的分布规律,对进一步调理其偏颇体质,提高健康素质具有重要的实用价值。

Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） constitution differentiation among physical examination population, and understand the influencing factors of TCM constitution types. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 790 physical examination population who received the community health examination, and TCM constitution identification was conducted. Results The main types of TCM constitution were phlegm-dampness constitution, gentleness type, and Yang deficiency constitution. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and age had significant influences on TCM constitution types（P0.01）. Women were more likely to suffer from Qi deficiency constitution（OR=1.637, P=0.014）, Qi stagnation constitution（OR=2.863, P0.01）, and Yang deficiency constitution（OR=1.352, P=0.017）, and were less likely to suffer from phlegm-dampness than men（OR=0.756）. The persons at the age of 55-74, even over 85 years old were more susceptible to dampness-heat and the intrinsic quality（P0.01）. Conclusion To identify the TCM constitution differentiation among physical examination population, and to reveal the distribution pattern of TCM constitution types, have the important practical value of further conditioning biased constitution and improving the health of the population.
