摘要
桥本氏甲状腺炎是一种临床常见的自身免疫性疾病,传统中医药疗法多以疏肝理气法进行治疗。该文介绍李红老师以益气养阴扶阳扶正的方法治疗该病并取得良好疗效的一则案例,为临床治疗桥本氏病提供一种新思路总结李师观点,认为现代中医药治疗桥本病应综合考虑,在治疗上应该标本兼顾,以益气养阴扶正为主,以此提高自身免疫调节力,达到效专力简的作用。
This paper introduces a case of Li Hong＇s clinical experience with the treatment of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis. Li thinks the treatment of Hashimoto＇s disease should be overall considered, especially for TCM, she considers dominated by supplementing qi and nourishing Yin, which can improve their own immunity force, so that it can be synergistic efficacy of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
