南京某艺术高校学生艾滋病相关知识及态度调查

Investigation of HIV/AIDS Knowledge and Attitude Among Students in an Art College in Nanjing City

目的了解艺术类高校大学生艾滋病知识认知及性行为情况,为加强高校预防艾滋病健康教育提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在南京某所艺术类高校抽取1100名在校生,通过网络问卷进行调查。结果艺术类大学生对艾滋病传播途径、非传播途径、防制措施和相关危险行为正确认知率分别为95.1%、67.8%、63.0%和64.9%。不同性别、年级和学分绩点的学生对艾滋病知识的认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男生明显优于女生(P<0.01)。男生、高年级及学分绩点高的学生倾向认同婚前性行为,女生、低年级及学分绩点低的学生倾向反对。艾滋病相关知识的获取途径主要是网络和学校教育,分别为82.5%和75.9%。结论艺术类大学生获取艾滋病知识途径单一。总体认知率偏低。不同背景因素之间知晓率有差异。他们对控制艾滋病感染形势乐观。对婚前性行为态度开放。需要针对艺术类大学生的特点和实际情况开展全面、系统的艾滋病防控知识健康教育工作,促使艺术类大学生形成积极、正确的艾滋病防控观念。

Objective To investigation the current status of HIV/AIDS knowledge and attitude among art college students and to provide reference for improving the health education of AIDS prevention. Methods Using stratified cluster sampling, 1100 students were interviewed from Nanjing Arts Institute by on-line survey. Results The cognitive rates of AIDS transmission, AIDS non-transmission, control and prevention measures, and related dangerous behaviors were 95.1%, 67.8%, 63% and 64.9% respectively. Students of different sexes, grades and grade point average（GPA） had statistically significant differences in knowledge about AIDS（P〈0.05）, and boys were significantly better than girls（P〈0.01）. Boys, senior grades and high GPA students tended to identify with premarital sex, while girls, low grades, and low GPA students tended to oppose them. Art college students acquired HIV/AIDS knowledge mainly through Network（82.5%） and school education（75.9%）. Conclusion Among art college students, the source of AIDS information was relatively monotonous. The overall cognition rate was low; there were differences between the different background students. They are optimistic about the situation of controlling HIV infection and have an open attitude towards premarital sex.It is necessary to carry out comprehensive and systematic work about the health education of AIDS prevention according to the characteristics and the actual situation of art students and to promote them form a positive and correct concept of AIDS prevention and control.
