摘要
在自然运动、生命律动、情感波动乃至艺术创作和欣赏活动中,节奏都是关键因素。本文将从三方面论述节奏训练用于促进身心健康与传承中华文化。首先是节奏的含义,它是一切运动的组织原则,是将事物各部分联系形成整体的规律性;其次是节奏训练的意义,它能帮助人们增强对节奏的体验,主动调整自我工作和生活的节奏,兼顾刚健有为与厚德载物,保持张弛有度和阴阳平衡,有益于促进身心的健康;第三是节奏训练的两种方法,一是以太极拳的呼吸和动作训练来让人获得身体节奏的松沉流畅,二是以声音训练和诗词朗诵来让人汲取语言中的节奏美感和精神力量,两者的综合运用有效帮助人们传承中华文化,促进身心健康。
Rhythm is the key factor in natural and biotic movements, emotional fluctuation, andartistic creation and appreciation. This paper discusses the practice of rhythm training for the promotion ofpeople’s physical and mental health and the inheritance of Chinese culture. It focuses on three aspects of rhythmtraining. The first is the meaning of rhythm. It is the organizing principle of all movements, integrating everypart into a whole; the second is the value of rhythm training, which can help people to enhance theunderstanding and experience of rhythm, consciously adjusting the pace of work and life, and keeping thebalance of yin and Yang so as to be energetic and promising. The third is the two ways of rhythm training. Oneis the training of Tai Chi Chuan breathing and movement that can help people get the inner and outer rhythm ofthe body, the other is the voice training and poetry recitation that can help people feel the rhythm and beauty oflanguage and its spiritual strength. The combination of two will promote people’s physical and mental health,and inheritance and cultivation of Chinese culture.
