摘要
体力活动不足对健康的影响已经成为全球重要的公共卫生问题。低体适能水平已被认为是心血管疾病的显著行为危险因素和全因死亡率的独立危险因素。规律运动和适宜的体适能水平在疾病预防与健康促进中发挥有益作用并存在量-效关系。该文主要介绍健康体适能研究及其在健康管理中的应用。
Deficiency on physical activity is a public health problem.Low physical fitness has been recognized as a prominent behavioral risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and an independent risk factor for all-cause mortality.Regular exercise and appropriate fitness levels play a useful role in disease prevention and health promotion.There is a quantity-effect relationship between them.The author performed a review about health fitness research and its application in health management.
