上海市青浦区某社区糖尿病及高危人群筛查结果分析

Screening of Diabetes and High Risk Population in a Community in Qingpu District of Shanghai

目的了解上海市青浦区某富裕农村地区糖尿病及危险因素分布。方法对青浦区赵巷社区开展整群抽样,对1,156名18岁以上人群开展糖尿病高危人群问卷调查及相关体检,结果纳入上海市疾控中心信息系统。结果结果显示:青浦区富裕农村地区抽样调查结果糖尿病患病率为11.33%,低于上海市的抽样调查结果。糖尿病前期患者和糖耐量损伤患者达到23.53%。社区居民糖尿病高危因素主要为血压异常和BMI异常。结论青浦区农村地区糖尿病患病率低于全市水平。控制高危因素,开展健康教育干预可以有效控制糖尿病。

Objective To investigate the distribution of diabetes mellitus and risk factors in a rural area of Qingpu,Shanghai.Methods Cluster sampling was carried out on Zhaoxiang Community in Qingpu District.A total of 1,156 people aged over 18 years old were investigated by questionnaire and related physical examination.The results were included in Shanghai CDC information system.Results The results showed that the prevalence rate of diabetes in Qingpu was 11.33%,which was lower than that in Shanghai.Patients with prediabetes and impaired glucose tolerance reached 23.53%.The risk factors of diabetes in community residents were abnormal blood pressure and abnormal BMI..Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes in rural areas of Qingpu is lower than that in the whole city.Controlling high risk factors and carrying out health education intervention can effectively control diabetes mellitus.
