2016年上海市朱泾镇接种不良反应监测分析

Adverse Events Following Immunization Monitoring Analysis in Zhujing of Shanghai In 2016

目的通过分析朱泾镇疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生状况,探讨预防接种安全性影响因素,提出保障预防接种安全性的对策。方法选取2016年朱泾镇预防接种儿童为研究对象,搜集AEFI监测系统中2016年的监测数据,进行描述性分析。结果朱泾镇2016年开展了21种疫苗31698剂次的接种,报告16种疫苗AEFI共58例,均为一般反应,且主要集中在接种后0~1天,主要症状为红肿、硬结和发热等。五联疫苗AEFI发生率最高,强化免疫引起的不良反应略高于基础免疫。结论预防接种安全性较好,但仍应加强AEFI监测,及时分析总结预防接种安全性影响因素,并采取针对性措施,不断减少AEFI发生。

Objective To analyze adverse events following immunization（AEFI）occur status in Zhujing,and discuss influence factors about vaccination safety,to provide the countermeasures to ensure the safety of vaccination.Methods Vaccination of children in 2016 were choosed as the research object,and the data from AEFI monitor system in 2016 were collected and analyzed.Results In 2016,58 AEFI cases related to 16 kinds of vaccines from 31,770 doses of 21 kinds of vaccines.All of the adverse events reported were non-serious events and mainly concentrate on 0-1 days after inoculation.The main symptoms are local swelling,indurations and fever.The incidence rate of DTa P/Hib was the highest.The adverse reaction caused by supplementary immunization was slightly higher than that of basic immunization.Conclutions Vaccinate is safety.Moreover,AEFI monitoring should be strengthened.Analyzing and summarizing the factors influencing the safety of vaccination,and taking targeted measures to reduce the incidence of AEFI.
