The paper focuses on the status of hospital management in Taiwan by visiting their hospitals,community health centers and health administration departments,and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of hospital management of Taiwan and Jinshan of Shanghai.The purpose is to make relevant recommendations for further development and promotion of hospital management model in Jinshan.
