Precise Forces to Drive River Chief System to Promote Jiangsu River Harnessing

江苏省地处江淮沂沭泗下游,河湖水生态保护压力巨大。2016年10月,中央作出在全国范围内全面推行河长制的重大决策部署,江苏省委、省政府高度重视河长制工作,截至2017年底,全省河长制工作进展顺利。今后,江苏省全面推行河长制工作应在更高起点上实现更高水平的发展,精准定位、精准发力、精准推动。

Jiangsu Province is located in the lower reaches of the Jianghuai Yishusi River, and there is a huge pressure on river and lake water ecological protection. In October 2016, the central government made a major policy decision to fully implement the River Chief system throughout the country. The Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government attached great importance to the River Chief system. By the end of2017, the province＇s River Chief system was progressing smoothly. In the future, Jiangsu＇s full implementation of the River Chief system should achieve a higher level of development at a higher starting point, with accurate positioning, accurate force generation, and accurate promotion.
