川江上段航运发展有关问题研究

Study on Navigation Development in the Upper Chuanjiang River

川江上段(宜宾—重庆)是长江黄金水道的重要组成部分,航运发展在长江经济带与区域经济社会发展总体格局中具有重要地位。目前影响川江上段航运的环境条件发生了很大变化,研究航运发展相关问题对服务区域经济社会发展,合理开发和有效保护川江航运与生态资源具有重要意义。本文分析了川江上段航运发展的现状与必要性,预判了未来发展的形势与需求,对航道及航运发展与生态环境关系等问题进行了阐述,提出了航运发展的有关对策建议。

The upper part of the Chuanjiang River（Yibin-Chongqing） is an important section of the Yangtze River Golden Waterway. The navigation development of this section plays an important role in the overall development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and regional socio-economic development. At present, the environmental conditions that affect the navigation development of the upper reaches of the Chuanjiang River have changed significantly. It is of great significance to carry out studies on issues related to navigation development, so as to better serve regional economic and social development, and proper development and effective protection of navigational and ecological resources in the Chuanjiang River. This paper analyzes the current status in the upper part of the Chuanjiang River, discusses the necessity of further development, and predicts the future situation and needs. It also elaborates on the relation between developing navigation, building nagivational infrastructure and ecological environment protection, and provides suggestions and countermeasures accordingly.
