摘要 总结分析湖北省新能源发展与规划情况,提出目前湖北新能源与电网发展存在的不协调因素及问题。考虑新能源出力的波动性、季节周期性等特点,提出了一种含概率信息的新能源各季节典型日出力曲线确定方法,利用该方法可确定用于规划的新能源的可信容量,作为规划研究的新能源出力模型基础。开展网源协调规划研究,研究未来湖北规划电网对新能源的接入消纳能力及适应性,提出新能源预警机制,为湖北新能源与电网的协调发展及规划工作提供方向性指导。 This paper summarizes and analyzes the development and planning of new energy resources, and the uncoordinated factors and problems existing in the development of new energy and power grid in Hubei Province. Considering that the new energy output manifests seasonal fluctuation, this paper tries to put forward a method for determining typical daily output curve of new energy with probability information of each season, so that the credible capacity of new energy can be predicted. The prediction will serve as a foundation for the new energy output model. Based on these findings, this paper further carries out studies on coordinated development planning of new energy resources and power grid, and the consumptive capability and adaptability of new energy in Hubei planned power grid. An early warning mechanism of new energy is also proposed in this paper based on the planing research results. The results will provide directional guidance for the coordinated development of new energy resources and power grid of Hubei Province.
