汾阳市某城中村慢性病患者健康信息素养现状调查

Investigation of Health Information Literacy of Chronic Patients in a Village Inside Fenyang City

目的对城中村慢性病患者的健康信息素养进行调查分析,为提高该人群健康信息素养提供基础数据。方法对汾阳市某城中村的慢性病患者进行问卷调查,采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析方法对数据进行统计学分析。结果该社区慢性病患者健康信息素养整体偏低,年龄、文化程度、职业、婚姻状况和家庭年收入是影响因素。结论应提升社区卫生服务中的健康教育能力,为社区居民健康信息素养提高提供有力保障;加大健康信息宣传力度,提高城中村居民的健康信息意识。

Objective To analyze the health information literacy of the chronic patients in the village inside the city, provide the data basis for improving the health information literacy of the population. Methods A questionnaire was carried out on the patients with chronic disease in a village inside Fenyang City, and the data were analyzed by the independent sample t test, single factor anova, and multivariate linear regression analysis. Results The health information literacy of chronic patients in this community was low. Age, education level, occupation, marital status, and family income were the influencing factors. Conclusion The health education ability of community health services should been improved for providing the strong guarantee for improving the health information literacy of community residents; the health information publicity should been increased to improve the awareness of residents’ health information in the villages inside city.
