护理健康教育对针灸闪罐治疗周围性面瘫的影响研究

Effect of Nursing Health Education on Acupuncture Plus Flash Cuppinging for Peripheral Facial Paralysisand

目的探讨护理健康教育对针灸闪罐治疗周围性面瘫的影响。方法将符合周围性面瘫证型为风寒型的患者随机分到两组,每组30例。干预组患者给予针灸闪罐治疗配合护理健康教育,对照组患者给予针灸闪罐治疗配合常规护理。比较两组患者的康复情况。结果干预组患者康复的平均用时为24 d,对照组平均用时34 d,两组康复时间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论面瘫患者在接受收针灸闪罐时,从心理、饮食、康复辅助运动等方面配合护理健康教育,有利于快速康复。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing health education on acupuncture plus flash cupping for peripheral facial paralysis. Methods The patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the intervention group were given acupuncture plus flash cupping therapy combined with nursing health education, while the control group was given acupuncture plus flash cupping therapy combined with routine nursing. The rehabilitation of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The average time of rehabilitation in the intervention group was 24 d, while in the control group was 34 d on average. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion When facial paralysis patients receive acupuncture plus flash cupping, they should cooperate with nursing health education from psychology, diet, rehabilitation exercise and other aspects, which is conducive to rapid rehabilitation.
