社区美沙酮维持治疗者综合干预效果分析

Analysis of Comprehensive Intervention Effect of Methadone Maintenance Treatment

目的探讨综合干预对美沙酮维持治疗者心理社会支持、家庭关系及生活质量的影响,为制定美沙酮治疗策略提供理论依据。方法研究对象选自2014年1月—6月在美沙酮门诊就诊的美沙酮维持治疗者,随机分为综合干预组和对照组各60例。综合干预组在服药基础上予以积分奖励、内观治疗、团体及家庭治疗等措施。分别在基线时、第8周末、第16周末、第24周末及第12月末,采用社会支持评定量表、家庭亲密度与适应性量表及生活满意度指数A问卷评估两组评分,了解综合干预效果。结果采用重复测量方差分析发现:干预前后两组治疗者的社会支持量表分、家庭亲密度与适应性量表分及生活满意度指数问卷分差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);综合干预组评分均高于对照组;不同随访点间比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);组别与时间交互作用均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论综合干预可提高美沙酮维持治疗者的社会支持、家庭关系及生活满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on psychosocial support, family relationship and quality of life among methadone maintenance treatment, and to provide a theoretical basis for formulating methadone treatment intervention strategies. Methods Participants were selected from methadone maintenance treatment clinic in methadone clinic from January. 2014 to June. They were randomly divided into comprehensive intervention group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The comprehensive intervention group was given integral reward, Naikan therapy, and group and family treatment on the basis of taking medicine. In the baseline, the eighth weekend, the sixteenth weekend, the twenty-fourth weekend and the end of 12 month, the Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）, the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales （FACES II ） and the Life Satisfaction Index A （LSIA） were used to evaluate the two groups to understand the effect of comprehensive intervention. Results The variance analysis of repeated measures showed that there were statistical differences between the two groups before and after intervention （P〈0.01）. The scores of the two groups of SSRS, FACES II, and LSIA were all statistically different （P〈0.01）. The scores in the comprehensive intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between different follow-up points （P〈0.01）; the interactions between the groups and time were significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can improve the level of social support, family relationship and life satisfaction of methadone maintenance treatment.
