Current Status on Tobacco Exposure and Knowledge and Attitude on Tobacco Control Among Young Working Women in Shanghai

目的了解上海市20~40岁职业女性的烟草暴露现状及控烟相关的知识和态度。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,在上海市所有区县中随机抽取861名职业女性进行问卷调查。结果上海市年轻职业女性的现在吸烟率为3.6%,被动吸烟率为43.4%。吸烟导致疾病的回答正确情况:中风为60.2%,心脏病发作为48.7%,阳痿为38.8%,女性容颜衰老为67.9%;被动吸烟导致疾病的回答正确情况:成人心脏疾病为55.6%,儿童肺部疾病为74.8%,成人肺癌为92.2%,女性容颜衰老为67.1%。支持女性吸烟的比例为3.1%,反对的比例为79.6%,无所谓的比例为17.3%。结论上海市年轻职业女性的现在吸烟率处于较低水平,被动吸烟率则处于较高水平;对烟草暴露的危害认识不足,对女性吸烟的态度较为宽容。

Objective To understand the current status of tobacco exposure and knowledge and attitude on tobacco control among 20-40 year old working women in Shanghai. Methods A total of 861 working women were randomly selected from wholly Shanghai to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The current smoking rate of young working women in Shanghai was 3.6%; the rate of passive smoking was 43.4%. The correct answer rate of smoking caused by disease were 60.2% of stroke, 48.7% of heart attack, 38.8% of impotence, and 67.9% of female facial senescence. The correct rate of the answer of passive smoking to disease were 55.6% of adult heart disease, 74.8% of children＇s lung disease, 92.2% of adult lung cancer, 67.1% of female facial senescence. The proportion of respondents supporting women smoking was 3.1%; the proportion of opposition was 79.6%, and the proportion was 17.3%. Conclusion The present smoking rate of young working women in Shanghai is at a low level, but the rate of passive smoking is at a high level; the risk of tobacco exposure is insufficient, and the attitude of female smoking is more tolerant.
