上海市金山区初中生校园意外伤害相关危险行为调查

Investigation on the Risk Behaviors Related to Accidental Injuries of Junior School Students in Jinshan District of Shanghai

目的了解上海市金山区初中生校园意外伤害相关危险行为发生情况,为开展金山区初中生校园意外伤害干预提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,随机抽取3所初中共372名学生进行问卷调查。结果初中生校园消遣活动和体育活动危险行为发生率分别为16.18%和34.27%,体育活动危险行为发生率高于消遣活动,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=195.430,P<0.01)。不同性别间消遣活动危险行为发生率有显著性差异(χ~2=63.179,P<0.01),其中男生发生率高于女生;不同年级间发生率有显著性差异(χ~2=22.381,P<0.01),初一年级低于初二(χ~2=19.441,P<0.01)、初三年级(χ~2=14.104,P<0.01)。不同性别间体育活动危险行为发生率无显著性差异(χ~2=1.042,P<0.01);不同年级间发生率有显著性差异(χ~2=31.202,P<0.01),初三大于初一(χ~2=30.302,P<0.01),也大于初二(χ~2=12.042,P<0.01)。结论应加大关注并引导初中生减少校园意外伤害危险行为,开展多种形式的安全教育活动,以减少伤害的发生,促进学生健康。

Objective To understand the occurrence of campus accidental injury related risk behaviors among junior school students in Jinshan District of Shanghai, and to provide the basis for carrying out campus accidental injury intervention. Methods Using the method of stratified random cluster sampling, 372 students from 3 junior schools were investigated by questionnaire. Results The incidence of risk behavior of junior school students in recreational activities and sports activities were 16.18% and 34.27%, respectively; the incidence of risk behavior in sports activities was higher than that of recreational activities, and the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=195.430, P〈0.01）. There were significant differences in the incidence of risk behavior in recreational activities between boys and girls and among different grades students （χ^2=63.179, P〈0.01; χ^2=22.381, P〈0.01）. The incidence of risk behavior among boys was higher than that of girls, and grade one was lower than grade two and grade three. There was no significant difference in the incidence of risk behavior in sports activities between boys and girls （χ^2=1.042, P=0.307）. There was a significant difference in the incidence of risk behavior in sports activities between different grades students（χ^2=31.202, P〈0.01）; the incidence of risk behavior in sports activities was higher in grade three than in grade two, and higher in grade two than in grade one. Conclusion Multiple forms of safety education activities should be carry out to guide the junior high school students to reduce the risk of accidental injury on campus for reducing the occurrence of injury and promoting the health of students.
