突发性耳聋患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的综合护理干预

Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Anxiety and Depression of Sudden Deafness Patients

目的探究突发性耳聋患者给予综合护理干预的效果。方法以2016年5月—2017年3月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的100例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为干预组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组患者进行常规的护理,干预组患者实施综合护理干预,对比两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分及临床治疗效果。结果两组患者在护理前的焦虑评分、抑郁评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。干预组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为96%和74%,且干预组护理后焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间数据对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对突发性耳聋患者实施综合护理干预,能够有效降低患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量,使患者顺利地完成治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with sudden deafness. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with sudden deafness from May 2016 to March 2017 in First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology as the research object, and the patients were randomly divided into intervention group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. The control group patients were given routine nursing, and patients in intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The level of anxiety, depression, and the treatment and clinical effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups of anxiety scores and depression scores before nursing （P〉0.05）. The total effective rates of the intervention group and the control group were 96% and 74% respectively, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in patients with sudden deafness, and effectively improve the quality of life of patients, so that patients can successfully complete the treatment.
