摘要
基于"天人相分",柳宗元指出政制滥觞于圣人解救"生人之患"以"聚众立国","大中之道"和"生人之意"是政制和政权合法性的重要来源,也是政治权力运行的基本伦理依循,其中,"大中之道"是政治权力运行的价值觇标和方法圭臬,而"生人之意"则是政治权力运行的主体诉求。官员为政,其关键在于确立"吏为民役"的角色定位,行"大中之道"以实现"生人之意",践履"梓人之道"以"佐天子相天下"。
On the premise that heaven and man do not interfere with each other,Liu Tsung-yuan pointed out the source of the political system.It came from the saints to gather up and build up the country in order to relieve the natural and social worries of the common people."The interests and will of sheng-jen"and "Ta-Chung chih tao"are the legitimate basis for the operation of political power.Of the two,the interests and will of the common people are the basic requirements of the people in the process of political power operation.Ta-Chung chih tao is the basic method of the operation of political power.The satisfaction of the common people and the realization of their will,as well as the implementation of Ta-Chung chih tao,all require officials to set up the correct role cognition,have a correct orientation of officials,and recognize that officials serve the common people.In addition,officials should help the kings to govern the world in accordance with the demands of the catalpa.
